Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Planet Moto LTD.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking with Planet Moto LTD. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. **Booking & Payments**

1.1. A non-refundable deposit of 20%* of the total cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 56 days before the holiday start date.

*Deposit amount subject to change per trip type. Please check before making your booking.

1.2. Payments can be made via the website booking page. If full payment is not received by the due date, Planet Moto LTD reserves the right to cancel the booking without refunding the deposit.

1.3. Any late bookings made within 56 days of the holiday start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

2. **Cancellations & Amendments**

2.1. Cancellations made by the customer must be in writing and are subject to the following charges:
– More than 56 days before the holiday: The deposit cost will be retained.
– Less than 56 days before the holiday: 100% of the total cost or full payment if already made will be retained.

2.2. In the event that Planet Moto LTD must cancel or amend a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or insufficient participants, you will be offered an alternative date.

3. **Requirements & Safety**

3.1. All participants must hold a valid motocross license and provide proof of this upon request.

3.2. A signed waiver of liability will be required before participation in the holiday, releasing Planet Moto LTD from any claims related to accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during the trip.

3.3. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are in good physical health, capable of riding a motorcycle in off-road conditions, and have suitable experience.

3.4. Safety gear, including helmets, boots, gloves, and protective clothing, must be worn at all times while riding. Planet Moto LTD cannot provide safety gear, participants can bring their own.

5. **Insurance**

5.1. Participants must have personal travel insurance that includes coverage for motorcycle accidents, medical expenses, and repatriation, as well as cancellation coverage. Proof of insurance may be required before the start of the holiday.

6. **Weather & Conditions**

6.1. Off-road riding is subject to varying weather and terrain conditions. Planet Moto LTD reserves the right to alter the circuit or schedule in response to unsafe conditions or other factors beyond our control. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

7. **Liability**

7.1. Planet Moto LTD is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to participants’ belongings during the holiday.

7.2. Planet Moto LTD will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes in the holiday itinerary due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or transportation issues.

8. **Behaviour & Conduct**

8.1. Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by Planet Moto LTD guides and staff.

8.2. Any behaviour that is deemed reckless, unsafe, or disruptive may result in the participant being excluded from further riding without refund.

9. **Media Release**

9.1. By participating in the holiday, you agree that Planet Moto LTD may use photographs and videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes without compensation.

10. **Complaints & Disputes**

10.1. Any complaints should be made in writing to Planet Moto LTD within 30 days of the conclusion of the holiday.

10.2. Any disputes that arise will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.

10.3. Any complaints regarding accommodation or facilities should be reported to staff during your stay for resolution.

11. **Accommodation & Swimming Pool**

11.1. Guests must respect the shared nature of the accommodation and facilities. This includes maintaining cleanliness in common areas and being considerate of other guests.

11.2. Guests must ensure the accommodation and its amenities are used responsibly. Any damages to the property, pool, or vehicle cleaning area caused by misuse will be the financial responsibility of the guest involved.

11.3. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are asked to minimize noise during these hours to ensure a restful environment for everyone.

11.4. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. Designated smoking areas are available outside.

11.5. All personal belongings should be kept within your assigned room. Planet Moto LTD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in common areas.

11.6. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior that impacts other guests or the property may result in removal from the accommodation without refund.

11.7 The pool is available for use by all guests. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool.

11.8. No diving or rough play is allowed in or around the pool area. For safety reasons, running is prohibited around the pool deck.

11.9. The pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Guests are requested to avoid loud noise around the pool area, particularly in the evening.

11.10. Guests must ensure the pool is kept clean and free from debris. No glass items are allowed in or around the pool.

11.11. Planet Moto LTD is not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur during the use of the pool. Guests use the pool at their own risk.

12. **Vehicle (Motorcycle) Cleaning & Maintenance Area**

12.1. A designated vehicle cleaning area is provided for the cleaning of motorcycles. Guests are expected to use this area responsibly and ensure it is left clean after use.

12.2. The cleaning area is equipped with proper waste disposal facilities. Guests must dispose of any waste, oils, or chemicals in the provided receptacles. Dumping waste improperly is strictly prohibited.

12.3. The cleaning area is for motorcycles only. Washing of other vehicles, such as cars, is not permitted.

12.4. Guests should be mindful of water use and share the cleaning facilities fairly with other riders.

13. **Booking & Liability**

13.1. Planet Moto LTD is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay, including while using the pool or vehicle cleaning area.

13.2. Planet Moto LTD is not responsible for any damage or theft of personal property, including vehicles or motorcycles, while on-site.

14. **Food Hygiene & Allergy Acknowledgment**

14.1.I acknowledge that while Planet Moto Ltd strives to provide safe and nutritious food options, it is my responsibility to inform the staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to consuming any meals. I understand that failure to disclose such information may result in health risks, and I release Planet Moto Ltd from any liability related to food allergies or food-borne illnesses.
